- No. There is no subscription and no per-seat pricing. You top up a prepaid organization wallet and pay only for the interviews you run.
- How is an interview priced?
- By length, from your prepaid organization wallet: ₹300 up to 30 minutes, ₹500 up to 60, ₹600 up to 90, and ₹800 up to 180. Every feature is included at every length.
- Do you have a free tier?
- Yes — every new team gets 3 free interviews to try HireInterviewAI on real candidates, with full per-concept skill reports. No credit card required.
- Do candidates pay?
- Creating a profile, browsing jobs, saving searches, and applying are free. Verified skill assessments are paid - 30, 45, or 60 minutes, one technology, proctored - from the candidate’s own prepaid candidate wallet, and the price is shown before you buy. If the wallet balance is too low, the purchase simply asks for a top-up first; nothing is charged until the assessment is bought.
- What does the marketplace cost employers?
- Job postings are free for verified employers, and searching verified candidate fingerprints is included. Employer interviews are billed from the organization wallet as usual.
- What about high-volume or enterprise hiring?
- For org-wide hiring we offer volume pricing, advanced security and audit, and dedicated support with an SLA. Contact us and we’ll tailor it to your team.
- Is that really the whole price?
- Yes — the rate card above is the live price list, not a starting-at teaser. High-volume teams can book a demo for volume pricing, but nobody needs a sales call to know what an interview costs.
